Wow, lots of good info about bbq grills. I wish I’d seen this before I bought my last grill.. I didn’t think about any of this stuff. I just picked out the one that looked good at Lowe’s!

And it’s on it’s last legs, so maybe if I can get the cash up this summer I can get a grill that lasts more than 4 years.

I never thought of getting a smoker-box or rotisserie!

thanks for sharing this tips you have… Although I’m not a speaker, but I still am looking forward to be one someday.

And I would like to share a secret of a Filipino trick to get away nervousness just by putting a coin inside your shoes. and when you speak, treat your audience as none existing. look above their head not to their faces.

I had used this trick during my public speaking course in College.

Time magazine back about 5 years ago had an article linking inflammation to allergy problems. I know people that have been helped by reducing inflammation. An anti inflammatory diet is very important when dealing with these issues because inflammation is a major contribution to Arthritis. I have found that this kind of Diet helps my gout tremendously and over time it can lead to no more flareups. It has been 3 years since I’ve had a flare up.
